Spring Sales Promotion Regulations – Discounts up to 25%

1. Promoter

The promotion is organized by RedCoil S.p.A., with registered office at Via Crespi 57, 20159 Milan, VAT No. 09419410965, owner of the e-commerce website www.ilovericcio.com.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to all end customers of legal age who make purchases on the website www.ilovericcio.com and at “I Love Riccio” salons.

3. Validity Period

The promotion is valid from May 15 to May 23, 2026, inclusive, unless extensions are announced on the website. The promotion is active in salons during the same period, subject to any scheduled closures of individual salons. Customers are encouraged to contact their local salon to verify opening hours during the promotional period.

4. Subject of the Promotion and Application

• The promotion applies to a specific selection of products, discounted on the website at varying percentages, up to a maximum of 25%.
• Shipping costs are not subject to the discount and will follow the standard terms and conditions provided on the website.
• The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or coupon codes held by the user.

5. General Conditions

• The promotion is valid only for purchases made on www.ilovericcio.com during the specified period and at “I Love Riccio” salons across Italy for product purchases only (Atelier treatments are excluded).
• The discount applied to individual products cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons, unless otherwise officially communicated by ilovericcio.com.

6. Returns and Refunds

In the event of a return, the refund will be issued exclusively for the amount actually paid by the user, net of the applied discount. The return conditions stated in the general terms and conditions of sale remain valid and unchanged.

7. Amendments and Interruptions

RedCoil S.p.A. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to force majeure or operational requirements, without prior notice.

8. Acceptance of Regulations

Participation in the promotion constitutes full acceptance of these regulations.
