Sun Kisses Launch Promotion Terms & Conditions – Sun Protection Kit

1. Promoter of the initiative

The promotion is organized by RedCoil S.p.A., with registered office at Via Crespi 57, 20159 Milan, VAT No. 09419410965, owner of the e-commerce website www.ilovericcio.com.

2. Recipients

The promotion is open to all adult end customers who make purchases on the website www.ilovericcio.com and in I Love Riccio salons.

3. Promotion period

The promotion is valid on the online shop www.ilovericcio.com from 6 to 12 July 2026 inclusive, unless extended and communicated on the website.

In I Love Riccio salons, the promotion is valid from 8 to 14 July 2026 inclusive, except for any closures scheduled by each individual salon. Customers are therefore invited to contact their chosen salon to check its opening days during the promotion period.

4. Promotional products and application methods

The promotion is dedicated to the launch of Sun Kisses, the new after-sun mask from the I Love Riccio Sun Protection line.

During the promotional period, the Sun Protection Kit can be purchased at the promotional price of €58.

The kit consists of:

• Sun Defence Shampoo
• Curl Elisir Sun Protection
• Sun Kisses After-Sun Mask

At the end of the promotion, the Sun Protection Kit will return to its full retail price of €65.

5. Conditions for application of the promotion

The promotional price of €58 applies exclusively to the purchase of the Sun Protection Kit, consisting of the three products listed above.

The purchase of Sun Kisses After-Sun Mask individually does not entitle the customer to the promotional price.

The purchase of Sun Kisses After-Sun Mask in combination with only one other product from the sun care line, or with other products not included in the kit, does not entitle the customer to the promotional price.

The promotion is valid exclusively for the complete kit and cannot be applied to individual products purchased separately.

6. Exclusions and combination with other promotions

The promotion cannot be combined with other offers, ongoing promotions, discounts or coupon codes held by the user, unless otherwise officially communicated by ilovericcio.com.

Shipping costs will follow the standard conditions set out on the website.

The promotion is valid exclusively for the purchase of the Sun Protection Kit, consisting of Sun Defence Shampoo, Curl Elisir Sun Protection and Sun Kisses After-Sun Mask, made on the website www.ilovericcio.com during the validity period provided for the online shop, or in I Love Riccio salons during the validity period provided for the salons.

7. Returns and refunds

In the event of a return, the refund will be made exclusively for the amount actually paid by the user for the kit, net of the promotional price applied.

The return conditions set out in the general terms and conditions of sale remain valid and unchanged.

8. Changes and interruptions

RedCoil S.p.A. reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time, due to force majeure, operational requirements or stock depletion, without prior notice.

9. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
