SUMMER SALES Promotion Terms & Conditions – Discounts up to 30%

1. Promoter of the Initiative

The promotion is organized by RedCoil S.p.A., with registered office at Via Crespi 57, 20159 Milan, VAT number 09419410965, owner of the e-commerce website www.ilovericcio.com.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to all end customers of legal age who make purchases on the website www.ilovericcio.com and in I Love Riccio salons.

3. Validity Period

The promotion is valid from August 20 to August 27, 2026, inclusive, unless extended as communicated on the website.

The promotion is active in salons during the same period, subject to any scheduled closures of individual salons. Customers are therefore encouraged to contact their reference salon to check opening hours during the promotional period.

4. Subject and Application of the Promotion

The promotion applies to a specific selection of products, discounted on the website at varying percentages, up to a maximum of 30%.

Shipping costs are not subject to discounts and will follow the standard terms and conditions provided on the website.

The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, coupon codes, or Riccio Points. If the shopping cart contains at least one product on offer, Riccio Points cannot be used.

5. General Terms

The promotion is valid only for purchases made on the website www.ilovericcio.com during the specified period and in I Love Riccio salons across Italy for product purchases only (excluding Atelier treatments).

The discount applied to individual products cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons, unless officially communicated otherwise by ilovericcio.com. If the shopping cart contains at least one product on offer, Riccio Points cannot be used.

6. Returns and Refunds

In the event of a return, refunds will be issued exclusively for the amount actually paid by the user, net of the applied discount.

The return conditions set out in the general terms and conditions of sale remain valid and unchanged.

7. Amendments and Cancellation

RedCoil S.p.A. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to force majeure or operational requirements, without prior notice.

8. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions

Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
