Yes, points can expire: 12 months after they are awarded, i.e. from the day you earn them. We recommend that you check your balance periodically so that you don’t miss the opportunity to use them before they expire.

Points can only be collected in the online shop. However, you can still earn points even without placing orders, thanks to bonuses that are awarded based on various activities related to the programme. Please refer to the Loyalty Programme Rules to find out about all the active bonuses.

You can check your points balance at any time by logging into your personal area. You will find a section dedicated to RP Rewards with your total available points and history.

No, RP Rewards points are personal and non-transferable.
They can only be used by the account that accumulated them.

Using your points is very simple. Just log in on our website, create your shopping cart and, before completing your order, specify in the appropriate field on the checkout page how many points you want to use for that order.

Yes. You can apply a maximum of 500 points per order (equivalent to a 20€ discount) on orders with a minimum spend of 50€.

If the friend you invited to join our Loyalty Programme places their first order from their account using the referral link you sent them, you will receive +50 Riccio Points.

You can generate your affiliate link from your login dashboard by clicking on: My Points > Referral Link.

The friends you invite must use your link both to register for the first time and to place their first order. Otherwise, the system will not be able to credit the points to your account.
