Free samples – how to choose them

To thank you for your loyalty to our online shop, we have decided to reward your purchases with free samples of our products, which you can choose on the basis of your needs and your type of hair, directly on the cart page and before finalising your order.

The number of samples you can choose depends on the value of your cart:

• between €1 and €70 – 1 free sample
• between €71 and €150 – 2 free samples
• between €151 and €250 – 3 free samples
• over €251 – 4 free samples

How to add free samples to your order

To add the free samples you would like to receive with your order, please follow these simple steps:

1) Once you have added all the products you wish to purchase to your cart, you will reach this dedicated sample selection page during the checkout phase, just before finalizing your order.

2) At this point, simply click the SELECT button to add your desired sample to your cart. The widget at the top of the page (highlighted in orange in the image below) will show the number of samples you can select for your order, based on your total spend.

Once selected, continue to checkout by clicking NEXT at the bottom right (the button highlighted in yellow in the image below).

3) The added samples will be visible in the order summary table, under the Order and Payment tab (the final stage of your order). Please check that your free gifts are included in the order summary table, as shown in the image within the box highlighted in yellow.

NB: if you correctly added the free samples to your order they will also be included in the order confirmation email you receive after finalising your purchases.
