RedCoil S.p.A is committed to making its digital content accessible, in accordance with European legislation on digital accessibility, in particular Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and, where applicable, Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

The aim is to ensure an inclusive experience for all users, regardless of physical, cognitive, sensory, or technological abilities.

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in the WCAG 2.1 guidelines – Level AA, which represent the standard reference for web accessibility.

The website is only partially compliant due to the following non-conformities listed in the next section.

Non-accessible Content

Currently, the following content or functionalities may not be fully accessible:

• [Sec. 9.1.3.1] Some heading elements (<h1>, <h2>, etc.) are either empty or do not follow a consistent hierarchical structure.
• [Sec. 9.2.4.4] Some links (<a>) lack a valid href attribute or do not contain descriptive text indicating their destination.
• [Sec. 9.1.3.1 / 9.4.1.2] Some form fields (<input>, textarea) are not associated with labels that are visible or accessible to screen readers.
• [Sec. 9.1.1.1] Some images do not contain an alt attribute, preventing access to visual content via alternative descriptions.
• [Sec. 9.4.1.2] Some interactive elements (such as links, buttons, or custom toggles) do not correctly expose their role or state to screen readers.
• [Sec. 9.3.2.2 / 9.2.1.1] Some forms lack a submit button, impairing data submission via keyboard or assistive devices.
• [Sec. 9.1.4.3] Some text elements do not meet the minimum contrast ratio (4.5:1 or 3:1 for large text), reducing readability.
• [Sec. 9.4.1.2] In some sections, invalid or improperly used ARIA attributes (aria-*) are present.

The above non-conformities are current at the time of drafting this statement and may partially limit access to some content or functionalities on the site.

Some website content is excluded from the scope of accessibility requirements under Article 3, paragraph 2, letter d) of the legislative decree transposing Directive (EU) 2019/882, as they:

• were published before 28 June 2025 and have not been subsequently modified (“archived” content);
• are provided by third parties and are not developed, funded, or directly controlled by the service provider.
