We’ve created a rewards system designed to value your loyalty and help you care for your hair with the best professional products. 1. How to earn points

Participation in the Program is free and automatic for all users who create an account on www.ilovericcio.com.

Earning points is simple: for every €1 spent in our shop, you receive 1 Point. But that’s not all — you can grow your points balance through special actions:

• Welcome bonus: Receive 20 points immediately when you first register on the site.
• Referral (Invite a friend): Invite a friend! If they register using your link and complete their first purchase, you receive 50 extra points.
• Order milestones: We reward your consistency! Earn an extra 50 points when you complete your 3rd order and another 50 bonus points when you reach your 5th order.

Please note: Gift Card purchases do not generate points.

Points are credited once the order is completed and are calculated on the total value of the purchased products, excluding shipping costs and after any discounts applied during promotions.

2. Level up: Lover, Icon, and Legend

The more points you earn, the higher your level — unlocking instant bonuses that accelerate your rewards:

Reaching higher levels is easy by combining purchases with gamification actions (like inviting friends or completing multiple orders).

Your current level and badge are visible in your private “My Account” area.
Level access criteria and thresholds are defined by I Love Riccio, which reserves the right to change them at any time, with notice on the official website.

3. How to convert points into discounts

Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can convert them directly in your cart for future purchases. Redemption rules:

• Value: Every 250 points equals a €10 discount.
• Maximum discount: You can use up to 500 points per order for an instant €20 discount.
• Minimum cart value: Your cart must total at least €50 to apply points.
• Exclusions: Points cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

⚠ Please note: Points cannot be combined with other discounts, promo codes, or ongoing promotions, unless otherwise stated.

4. Points expiration

Remember to treat your curls regularly! Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. Don’t let them expire — turn them into care and pampering for your hair.

5. Referral Program: invite a friend

Within the “I Love Riccio” Loyalty Program, a Referral Program allows registered users to earn bonus points by inviting new customers to register and shop on www.ilovericcio.com.

Referrer (inviting user)
A registered user who shares their personal referral link. For each invited user who completes their first order via the referral link, the referrer receives +50 bonus points.

Referral (new user)
A new user who registers and completes their first purchase using the referral link. After completing the first order, they receive the standard loyalty points based on their spending amount.

Referral bonus points are credited only after the referral user completes their first order, and only once per invited user.

Where to find your referral link
Registered users can find their personal referral link in the “My Account” section. Inside “My Points,” there is a dedicated Referral Program area where the link can be copied and shared with friends.

6. Changes to the program rules

I Love Riccio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, with notice provided on the official website.
