Return and withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purchases made on the website <\/span>www.ilovericcio.<\/span>com\/en\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, No. 185, you have the right to withdraw from your purchases made on the website <\/span>www.ilovericcio.com\/en\/<\/span><\/a><\/span>. The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the consumer<\/span> within 14 days.<\/b><\/p>\n

If multiple goods are delivered separately but ordered by the consumer in a single order, the 14-day period for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day the last item is delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, as a consumer, you have two options:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.Send the standard withdrawal form<\/span><\/a>, which can be found at the provided link<\/span> in PDF format<\/a>, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:<\/b><\/p>\n

Alternatively, you can attach the PDF form<\/a> to an email and send it to the customer support email address: customercare@ilovericcio.it<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

2.Send a clear and explicit statement expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment to the following address:<\/b><\/p>\n

Your communication of withdrawal must specify your intention<\/span> to withdraw from the purchase<\/b> (without the need to provide reason), and indicate<\/span> the product(s)<\/b> for which you intend to exercise the rights of withdrawal. Additionally, you should <\/span>attach a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.<\/b><\/p>\n

Once the Seller receives your withdrawal request, they will promptly send a confirmation of receipt to the email address provided during the purchase process.<\/span><\/p>\n

In accordance with Article 59, letters c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the consumer buyer <\/span>cannot exercise the right of withdrawal<\/b> for products that are tailored or clearly personalized, or that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Additionally, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed <\/span>products that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons<\/b> and<\/span> if they have been opened after delivery<\/b> (Article 59, letter i) of the Consumer Code).<\/span><\/p>\n

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the products within <\/span>fourteen days from the day you communicated your withdrawal<\/b>.<\/span> The products should be substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and manuals, and without any damage.<\/b><\/p>\n

Once the Seller receives the withdrawal request, they will refund the full amount paid by the consumer (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days, in accordance with Legislative Decree 22\/05\/1999 No. 185. The refund will be made by crediting the bank account used for the purchase or using the bank details provided by the consumer in the withdrawal communication, using the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received and inspected, within 30 days from the date of receiving the return form. If the conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this article, are not met, <\/span>the Consumer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid<\/b>. In this case, the Consumer may retrieve the product at <\/span>their expense<\/b> in the condition it was returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the returned products, along with any sums already paid by the Consumer for the purchase.
